Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financing options, including loans and leases, to facilitate vehicle purchases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favorable terms for customers.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the financing and aftermarket departments.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights into the performance of financing and aftermarket operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financing and aftermarket needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financing options and after-market products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to integrate financing and aftermarket solutions into the sales process.
• Provide feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with financing and aftermarket services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Maintaining F&I Training with our Financiers
• Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts, quotes and policies
• Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end to end

About You

• Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the Automotive industry - 3+ Years is desirable
• Strong focus on MSI - Customer Satisfaction Index
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Takes initiative and is able to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Consistently dependable and trustworthy.
• Preferred with bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
